Col Keenan (1982)

Col, a descendant of one of the early families to settle in Engadine, was one of the mainstays of the club in the 1970’s, before retiring to Byron Bay. He was a fearless and stubborn opening batsman and was a member of our original senior team.

He held positions as President and Secretary and coached junior teams in lower grades, taking on teams that had problems in securing coaches. He was a tireless worker for the club and his efforts are remembered with gratitude by those who were associated with him during those years.
