Clem played 21 seasons for our Club from 1968/69 to 1988/89 which included back-to-back A1 Premierships in 1968/69 and 1969/70 a feat that his son Greg would repeat in 1999/00 and 2000/01. Clem for many seasons was one of the leading batsmen in the Shire, winning several Association A1 awards. Clem coached junior teams for 8 seasons including a number of A Grade premierships. Clem also captained our A1 team successfully over a number of seasons.
Clem was awarded the Senior Club Champion in 1974/75. For his loyal service to the Club, he was rewarded with Life Membership in 1992, and his name perpetuated on the “Intermediate Division Wicket Keeping Performance Award” trophy in 1997.
